AGL App - cannot submit meter read

Each time I try to submit out meter read using the AGL app - I get the "we're having troubles submitting your meter read". Tried over several days. Anyone else seen this?

I really want to get our meter reads loaded, as I am sick of having "estimated bills" which are way higher than actual usage.
