Questions abour Bill

I have been taking readings on my meter for the last 5 years. I had smart meters installed in February 2022.

Could you please answer the following questions about my bill?

What are the times of day for the meter measuring Peak, Shoulder and Off peak?
How can I record the usage so far on my meter for each of these times? There seems to be no reading for this. Is this an estimated reading?
Why does my bill this time show a charge for General Usage where the bill for last quarter does not show this?
