Smart meter isn't sending a reading.

I was told on e the new smart meter awas isntalled I'd be able to see my usage as it happens on the app. I waited 24 hours but still nothing, how long do I need to wait before it starts working?

Hi @AnnieBear1, It can take a few days to start receiving the remote data from the meter, so it not showing up that early doesn't sound off. Are you still having issues with it?
