Incorrect Meter readings

Hi,

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has a Gas Meter that is so dirty that the digits are really difficult to decipher. It can be done but with great difficulty & with a torch etc.

My Meter is so grubby inside the glass area, I have looked at trying to clean it myself but I'm unable to.

I've been getting incorrect readings since December & every 2mo I have been taking photos to get the bill altered correctly, it's frustrating.

Is there anyone from AGL that can come out & take a look?
