Solar meter connection

Hi AGL, I have solar panel installed on 17 Dec 2018 and I was told by the solar panel installer that they have submitted all application to Energex on 18 Dec 2018. Now the last step will be the solar meter connection. Can I ask how long will it take to get the solar meter connection done by the AGL? It has been four weeks since installation and I haven’t hear anything from AGL yet. Could anybody get me some answers please? Thank you.

Based on the time frames you've quoted, it sounds like your meter installation should have been completed by now. Can I ask if you've double checked your meter box to confirm whether or not a new meter is in there?
