Hi I have moved into my property about a month ago. I have the AGL app and it comes up with my Electricity amount so far and the bill projection but with the Gas underneath it says Connection in Progress. Will it automatically just give me the amount to pay after the 3 months or will it do a bill projection and let me know how much gas I am using like it does with Electricity?

Welcome to the AGL Community!

Your gas account is most likely still in the process of being established, we may be waiting for the gas network to update AGL with your metering information. This can take up to 21 days from your connection date to be completed, if it's still only showing as in progress after 21 days, please Contact Us and we'll check that for you.
