AGL app reading differs from our Solar Analytics app!

Hi,

We just got solar about a month ago and have Solar Analytics reading the meter.

We just connected to the AGL app and have noticed that the energy bought and energy sold readings are very different (more so with the bought readings).

Is someone one able to help explain why this may be the case?

Hi Jan,

We often find that the 'import' data within this 3rd party apps are inaccurate as a lot of the data is assumptive. Can I ask how far the data is out in a percentage?

Hi Jayden,

The Solar Analytics app has averaged 11.53kwh bought from AGL but the AGL app has averaged 35.02kwh.

For the energy sold to AGL the Solar Analytics app has averaged 15.58kwh but the AGL app has averaged 11.83kwh.
