New Gas connection in "progress"

Hi,

I requested a connection on 25/10/2019 and as yet the gas connection is still "in progress". The electricity was connected on the date in question however the gas has not been. We are currently without hot water and heating due to this.

If you haven't already, it's imperative that you check that the handle on your gas meter has been turned to the "On" position.
