Disconnections can only be arranged by contacting AGL customer service directly. If you aren't able to do this via phone you can &lt;A href="http://agl.com.au/login" target="_self"&gt;log in to your My Account&lt;/A&gt; page and click the Messaging button in the bottom right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Through My Account you can also add another authorized person to your account, so that they will be able to manage it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I have been in hospital for past 57 days with A communicational disease I have been unable to access my &amp;nbsp;account,or arrange a meter reading which would be required as My unit has not been occupied since 6 August. My family have tried to contact and you say you can only speak to maybe you like to drop by Gosford hospital sometime.This my family tried to explain to you.I suggest you check my prior payment record thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
