&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have a smart meter then your usage data should generally be available to you up until the 48 hour buffer window. However, 2 weeks is quite a long time, please get in touch with us on your My Account &lt;A href="https://myaccount.agl.com.au/login" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and we'll raise a request with the network for an update for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This can take up to 10 business days for the network to provide an update to AGL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi guys my electrical meter looks as if stop sending data about 2 weeks i spoke to your solutions people but have not got an answer yet it been working up till then?&amp;nbsp; who fixes it as i an in an apartment and do not have access to power room.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
