Battery Rewards Exports not shown

Hi,

I have been on the Battery Rewards plan for 3 weeks now and still do not see any information on exporting power to the grid. The Usage screen only shows my power usage. When will the solar feed in appear?

Thanks for reaching out.

I've checked your site and it appears your meter is not currently configured to record solar exports. Because of this, solar feed-in and battery export data won't appear in the AGL app or website, even though you're participating in Battery Rewards.

To have your exports recorded, you'll need to arrange for a solar-compatible import/export meter to be installed or reconfigured. You can find more information about the process here: AGL Solar Meter Installation.

Once the appropriate metering is in place and your distributor starts providing export data, your solar feed-in information should begin appearing in the app and online portal.
