Hi, I received letter from AGL electricity plan summary for my new electricity rates, it’s a big increase in electricity usage rates and big drop in feed-in tariff from 10.20000 cents to 5.20000 cents. I called yesterday AGL to get help for new plans l was surprise from the person for his explanation and he sand me emails with no electricity rates. I need help to solve this issue please. Thanks
