&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will advise this is handled by the escalation team as well, we would be able to take a look into this for you further, see why the internet was disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once the internet has been disconnected, it is situational base on how we can get this reconnected for you. If the service has been disconnected due to no payment, then you will need to make a payment of the full balance on the account and we can sign up for a new service. If it is suspended, we can set up a payment plan and unsuspend your account once you make a payment of 50% of the balance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However if it is not disconnected or suspended because of the balance, then you will need to call us on 131245 or contact us on our &lt;A href="http://agllink.co/6006UK1Ve" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;live chat platform&lt;/A&gt; so we can order a new service for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know why AGL cut my Internet since last Monday. I talked to over 10 AGL agents but no use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even, I talked to AGL compliant team (called Expert team) but still the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who from AGL can help to resume my Internet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it were me I would ring, ask for manager and tell them I am referring matter to telecommunications Ombudsman.&amp;nbsp; They HATE Ministerials so this followed up by confirming proposed action in an email should get some immediate action.&amp;nbsp; If not, contact the Ombudsman and lodge a complaint.&amp;nbsp; That's what they are there for, so use them.&amp;nbsp; Good Luck.&amp;nbsp; Denise&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They cut mine too from Wednesday 29th Jan. I've called them many times and they keep saying there's an outrage and ask me to wait. AGL internet is hopeless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
