Bad service - connection

The AGL disconnected my previous internet service provider:

1. Without warning me; and

2. Without being ready to connect AGL internet service!

As a result I am left without internet access for the weekend and GOD knows for how long! Really regretted changing to AGL.

I don't have a solution other than for you to call AGL - but may I ask how you know it was AGL who disconnected you?

I also regret switching to agl

But I am being charged they offered discount for existing clients but this is a lie cos I am an existing member but they did not apply any duscouny

worse still

I am currently being charged but I have NO internet service!!!
