      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just sat on hold on that number for over 30 minutes just to be told I needed to speak to the resolutions team. Was transferred and put on hold again with a recorded message saying waiting time was another 30 minutes. I don’t have an hour to wait on hold just to get my internet account to show up on the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
