    <description>&lt;P&gt;my Internet (NBN) is been down for a week now. I am using my phone data to have internet at home. Why are AGL taking sooo lobg to fix the problem? The worse part is the "maintenance" will continue up mud march. I had telstra before, i am going through financial hardship, that's why i change to AGL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
