AGL Internet Technical Support

I’ve just joined AGL NBN Internet but it appears there is no 24/7 technical support. I believe there may be an outage in North Haven SA, but can’t get hold of anyone to assist. In this day and age when we pay such a high fee for Internet, I am disappointed in the level of customer support AGL provide? Does anyone know if there is an outage for AGL Internet in the North Haven SA region?

I totally agree. We're in St Clair, no internet here (went out at 7.15pm), no help available from AGL!

Same here. Internet out in Coromandel Valley with no support available. So annoying!
