Internet outage

Internet has been down for several hours in Cessnock, NSW. States online that there are no outages, however i have re started and unpluged my modem several time and still not fixed. Very frustrating.

We are having the same issue in Wyee Point NSW whatever is happening must be very widespread. So frustrating!
