    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just recently joined AGL Internet has been down in WA 6031 for 2 days. No ETA on repair, no detailed info on status page, nobody at call centres to provide assistance. App messaging doesn’t work half the time and when it does days for a response. Is this normal the normal expectation for the level or service from AGL?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
