I recently upgraded and received an email from AGL advising 'your new AGL internet plan is ready'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;However, my internet remains abysmal.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also upgraded the internet but speed is still the same&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;plan is&amp;nbsp; Home superfast to Home ultrafast.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't any higher at 210mb/s&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's not my modem problem, my modem is can accommodate up to 5000mb/s&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
