same here - i'm in Rydalmere. The internet has been out for about an hour. Had the same issue in the afternoon but it came back after 35 mins. AGL doesn't have support after 8pm for the Broadband/NBN. Terrible service

I seem to have the same problem in Edmondson Park.

In my case, I managed to narrow it down to a DNS problem on the AGL side. I am assigned a WAN IP. So it means that I am able to connect to the service provider.

I changed the DNS on my router to 8.8.8.8 to simply try it out and I managed to connect to the Internet. But my speeds are pretty bad atm.

I hope the tech team at AGL resolve the problem quickly.

No internet connection since approximately 12:30pm today. Spearwood WA. No communication or updates. Still no connection at 9:30pm. Very disappointing!

No internet connection and no support available at Lane Cove. This is terrible service. I’m new to AGL internet and have had nothing but issues from the start. Does anyone have any suggestions? It looks like there’s no NBN connection.

Internet's out again! (Albion Qld)

All night outage again like before perhaps.

Used to be like ... once every few months.

But similar outage heappened just last week. The whole **bleep** night without internet again it seems.

No warning ... no explanation.

Time to move to different provider I think.

We have been experiencing an Internet outage in Flinders View, QLD 4305 for the last 2 hours and there has been no notification from AGL or NBN.

It's been happening to many times once again it's out since 750pm in kingston qld and still out. Not happy at all agl replace the nbn and said it will be all good. That is bull it's still going out. And we still have to pay the full amount on internet

Service has been down for 3 days and 2 calls to overseas call centres have no clue how to help

Didn't realise tech support was not on the weekend

This is very poor and not worth the savings with AGL go to a professional company

My connection is working, but websites randomly say Cannot connect to server including google. Websites are slow to load and it seems everyone in tech support has gone home for the weekend. Was on hold for an hour before I gave up. 2 phones and a pc doesn’t work properly on wifi but they work perfectly on mobile data
