Hello AGL team,

I have tried many time to reach out on 131245, the only reply I get: hold on the line, I have waited for long time with no reply, that happened many times.

I want to cancel/disconnect my home internet ASAP as I moving out from the apartment.

If you want to disconnect your AGL NBN service this will need to be done by contacting our team directly.

To make sure you’re not left without an internet connection, make sure you sign up with your new provider before contacting us to arrange a disconnection. When you are connected with your new provider, you can then contact us to request disconnection.
