    <description>&lt;P&gt;Robert, the data has to collated and sent from the electricity supplier (your DNSP) and then sent to your retailer AGL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why the end of billing peiod is slow to gather the info and change over to new billing period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I usually see todays data through to download the next day late pm / early evening . . . weekends it can be slower for some reason, not sure how much human intervention is involved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is my usage report not available until nearly 2 days later? It used to be that you could see your usage data for yesterday, but now it looks as if the most recent data is for the day before yesterday. I am on the website, not the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
