Internet outages Melbourne

Have had not internet in thomastown for the last hour, support line keeps going immediatly to voicemail. No nbn outages in the area, anyone else having the same problems?

Yes we have had no internet since 3:30pm in Brighton. NBN says no outage and AGL is useless in advising who contact. Could be a HFC upgrade but no one is there to advise??

My internet just went down (Geelong). Trying chat by they are offline and also tried calling... the number is either busy or not available. Pretty big outage it seems. Anyone else impacted?

I have the same issue. My internet suddenly went out, online chat assist is offline and I can’t call the phone line as well. I work from home and this is a major disruption to my workflow.

CARNEGIE - same - NBN is not showing an outage. Issue started 30mins to an hour ago.

Tried calling no response. Resetting modem and router does nothing.

At the very least expected an SMS - "gee wiz we darn-diddly-messed up, and are on it"

Same here. Trying to WFH and severely disrupted in Melbourne SE!! Been on the phone for 30 mins trying to get through to tech support

Yep, same here in the Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Thankfully I have sufficient data allowance on my Optus plan to enable hotspot on my mobile and continue WFH.

Same here (Truganina). My internet is down for the last one hour approximately.

Power cycled the router twice , no luck. Can't get through the call centre , I get dropped off after choosing the internet option. Chat is taking forever. Chat says they're aware of the outage in Victoria, and provides a link which doesnt work. NBN link says no outage

Have the same issue in Melbourne CBD, it's been almost an hour now. Online chat has been unresponsive and I haven't been able to get through the call either.

BASIL - can you guys please send an email or SMS explaining what's happening - because if this is some Victoria-wide issue - great: at least we know it's not localised to individuals.

And timeframes for resolution?

Surely an engineer somewhere has been deployed to fix this?
