No Internet since weekend

Has anyone here have no internet as well since the storm on weekend? It didn't came back and when I check the service status in my area it says it's operational. What's happening AGL? I chose you as a provider haven't been a month since please don't make me regret my choice...

My internet’s been down since the storm over the weekend, and it still hasn’t come back—even though the service status says everything’s operational. I’ve only been with AGL for less than a month, and this is really disappointing. Can someone explain what’s going on?
