Internet drop out

New customer been with AGL a week. Internet continually drops out multiple times a day and night. I’ve done soft and hard reboots.
help pls

You keep charging us, but we have no internet. This month, the internet has been going out constantly, and there has been no internet at all since this morning. We are paying for a service that we are not receiving. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

This could be a line or service problem rather than the modem itself. As you have already attempted to reset your modem.
