&lt;P&gt;A flashing downstream light usually means the connection is still being established. If the online light is on, it's likely the NBN box is undergoing a firmware upgrade. In the meantime, please try turning off your NBN box for 30 seconds, then switching it back on.&lt;/P&gt;
