Fixed Wireless Plus speed

Hi All

I just signed up with AGL internet.

Have been with TPG for years on Fixed Wireless.

NBNco upgraded the Fixed Wireless tower so better speeds are available, TPG don’t offer any other speeds so I decided to join AGL and get the Fixed Wireless Plus plan.

Expected speeds supposed to be 65/6 but I still get the same speeds that I had with TPG, 25/4.

Just wondering what other people experience on this plan?

Not happy as I’m paying $25 more for the same speed.

I completely understand where you're coming from, it doesn't seem fair you're paying extra to be getting the same speeds you had with TPG.

I will advised it does depend also what guaranteed speeds you can get on NBN. With the speeds, there is definitely some troubleshooting we can do to help with the speeds you're getting with the internet.

Operator advised to connect to Port# 2 on NBN modem

This fixed the problem

I have recently upgraded to NBN fixed wireless plus but still get 25/5 and I am also connected to port 2 on the NBN modem. What else can I do?
