    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem, also no communication about the price change.&amp;nbsp; I was told an email was sent on such and such a date, but I checked spam folders, deleted items etc. and no email was received.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Very poor customer service!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don’t know if anyone has the same issue. I just got the internet bill for December and it is extremely higher than my regular plan fee. I am on a $54 monthly plan but it is $82.99. I searched my mailbox and there is no any notification regarding this. I am not sure if it is an error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah.&amp;nbsp; Same issue different amounts to you, but a def increase and no explanation other than a cryptic line about Home basic with credits and charges.&amp;nbsp; No idea what is going on.&lt;BR /&gt;UPDATE- I checked with AGL.&amp;nbsp; They failed to account for some kind of credit.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I imagine the problem with billing is systemic but s&lt;SPAN&gt;uggest you query your bill. Good luck&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not resolved at least not as you might hope.&amp;nbsp; My bill went from $69 to $85.23&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I asked for the price hike email twice, once by phone and once online messanger.&amp;nbsp; Also asked for a call back re pricing.&amp;nbsp; Nothing.&amp;nbsp; I also called re clarrification fof my bill.&amp;nbsp; Useless.&amp;nbsp; So, I have left AGL internet as AGL client service sux.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Clearly the AGL profit in subscriptions justifies the churn.&amp;nbsp; However, it is very shortsighted when electriity, gas and mobile are cobranded in a very competitive market.&amp;nbsp; I will change my provider from AGL over the next few months for better deals from your competition.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The usual telecom churn practice is fine if it is not associated with other like branded product.&amp;nbsp; Eventually, customers will leave all catogories not just comms.&amp;nbsp; Be aassured I will advise anyone I know not to use AGL services as it is obvious customer loyalty is only a one way street.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Good luck with that, I have spoken to two people who have assured me that I&lt;BR /&gt;only have to pay $62 (as you say no notification) and that it has been&lt;BR /&gt;adjusted on my account, and then this week I received an SMS telling me&lt;BR /&gt;that I am in arrears!&lt;BR /&gt;Serious accounts department issues.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Basically the front line people are of no help at all.&amp;nbsp; Once they escalated it to the next level I did get assisted by Natasha.&lt;BR /&gt;My issue was not the price rise but rather the lack of notification, and they were able to make it effective two months later, which I was happy with.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not so happy that I wasted an hour or two (over 3 calls) with the first line of customer service agents that were totally inflexible and unhelpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same.My internet cost for 50/20 was $65 at the time I joined there was no time limit for this cost.I payed my last bill of $65 but later when I checked they had moved the cost of the plan to up to $79 so I was late paying the extra $14 since I did not know but I was charged $82 and some change. So I payed it figuring the extra $3 something was for being late for the out of nowhere $14 extra cost so now owing is nothing.But at the start of my new billing month it is now $84 though it says it should be $79.I called trying to explain but the guy was no help accused me of not listening to him I say the same back to him he says the same back to me so I say bugger it I will go else where and then cancel it. I have some one lined up as soon as that's working I will call and cancel. Whats the bet they will charge me for the unused full month.I can not be here if I can not trust them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My bill was $65 without warning went up to $79 online said bill was $82 so thinking it was a late fee for the extra $14 I did not know about I payed $82 so what I owed was $0.Next bill is $84 I called up,no help at all completely useless.With how it went with on the phone I canceled the internet with AGL.My bill date is the 10th internet canceled on the 14th.Spoke to online chat who told me it was canceled on the 14th and the bill would be adjusted down for the unused portion.Waited a week no change spoke to online chat again who said they looked at it and bill would be adjusted and send me this adjusted bill and to make sure there was no late fee.It has almost been a week again no bill by email has came online still says I owe $84.Could some one please fix this.After seeing all the bad reviews&amp;nbsp; I am seriously considering contacting the ACCC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
