Pensioner Concession

I am a pensioner and I have been enjoying pensioners concession for years as I am 75 now. Somehow both my gas and electricity bills for the past 9 months does not show pensioners concession anymore and hence my bill were extremely high. I have contacted AGL customers supports numerous times and despite they said that they will follow up, nothing have happened and I am facing a final demand letter from AGL.

I like to follow up with AGL when I return to Melbourne at the end of November.

Thank you. I finally have a response despite I have been talking with your
consultants numerous times and always back to square one (I.e. I am still
being asked to pay the original amount). Anyway I am at overseas at
present and won’t be back to Australia until end of November 2024. I shall
contact you again to sort out the matter when I return.

As a 75-year-old pensioner, you've been receiving the pensioner concession for years, but it has not appeared on your gas and electricity bills for the past 9 months, resulting in high bills.
