How to add AGL internet tab on my AGL Electricity and Gas Account

Discount and deduction for sign up nbn even been existing energy customer. Had called and talk to customer service multiple times . Representive said problem been resolved but I not think because bill still $114 instead 74 when sign up.

Please sort this . I

I really appriciate your respond and had contact by chat service the moment read your email. I had spended whole that days with them and said all sorted but till now same and since not link I dont know n not get notification about due till it suspended

There are still old story not solved existing energy customer discount 40 dollar not there . Now I hv pay amount to get connected all discount will reflect in next bill . My question is how do i access in my app

and I should get nofification to bill and due date reminder
