G'day. I would like to learn whether current Southern Phone internet users will be joined to AGL internet automatically or not. Or is it planned that they will operate separately for the time being?

AGL Energy Limited (AGL) is proposing to acquire 100% of Southern Phone Company. Southern Phone, one of the largest telecommunications companies in regional Australia, has entered into a conditional agreement under which AGL Energy Limited (AGL) is proposing to acquire 100% of the company.

Thanks for the reply. I know that acquisition has completed so I wanted to know that whether Southern Phone internet customers would be transferred AGL Internet or not.
