why is it so slow?

i joined agl last week and today it's so slow, it takes at least 10 seconds to start loading a page, and sometimes minutes to fully load

i called support and i've been waiting for them to answer the phone for 25 minutes now

is it always like this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your NBN service.

Can I confirm, have you tried power cycling your modem?

Have you checked your cabling?

Have you tried and alternative DSL or ethernet cable?

Have you power cycled your NTD/NCD if you have one?

Since yesterday night, I can't log in to any game!!!! And I can't log in to the Bank App when my phone connects to wifi...what happened to the internet?
