    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've received my new modem, it's all plugged in and working. Lights are on. I can connect to it with my devices but it has not internet. The app still says connection in progress and would take 24-48hrs. But it's been a week since I signed up with them. No one is on their support line or responding to my emails/chats. Has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Wait times for support are improving, and calling early can help with this as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
