Incorrect late payment fee - credited back

For anyone that that was debited with a late payment fee of $10. Apparently the direct debits came through a week late, and they have credited the fee back.

Just letting you all know, so you don't waste half a day on live chat and the phone. Probably would have been good for them to send out an email.
