NBN Account change of owner

Hi there,

My old house mate had an account with AGL for our NBN, however has since moved out of the property. I would like to take over the account, however having some issues getting onto anyone from AGL. My old housemate is still receiving bills.

Is it possible to change this into my name?

Hi Greta,

It's certainly possible to change this into your name. You'll just need to get in touch with support and request a change of ownership. The billing owner will simply be amended with no downtime. You can get in touch with us by phone to sort this out.
