Hi, I tried to click on the link that was sent to me for my Prime activation and it doesn't work. I have received my unique code to enter. How can this be resolved?

Hi @GemB - was this a recent email? I believe the Amazon Prime offer concluded at the end of June.

I received the email in OCTOBER and it says I have until 31 December 2022
to activate my membership

Hi @GemB, I can confirm we don't have any Amazon Prime offer available currently. It's possible that the email is a scam or hoax.
