Internet Account not showing on AGL Home Page

Why is my internet account not showing on the home page?

I can see my electricity use and gas usage, but not any details for the internet account?

Is there a way to see my internet usage?

Ours doesn't either. We haven't received our first bill either. The bill would have been due this week. We don't have a Bpay number yet to pay the bill and or the Modem.

Same here and our first bill which would include the modem would have been due this week.

No bill and no Bpay number to pay it.

I hope it's not disconnected because it hasn't been paid.

If your usage is not showing up, the quickest way to get it added is to message support, via button in My Account or the app.
