      <title>Internet usage / billing missing from account overview.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else have this issue? It's missing from the app, and from the website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Called technical support to find out why the landline (through the modem) wasn't working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It worked perfectly well with our previous provider, but it hasn't worked since we transferred our internet to AGL.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They asked for our Internet account number, but I couldn't find it anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Electricity, solar, and the mobile phones are all there, but nothing about internet at all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They managed to track down the account, but apparently no mobile number was associated with the account, so I had to get transferred to another department to fix that, before they could start troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Turns out I have to be home to "help" with the troubleshooting, so I'm about to call again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
