<title>idea Put seniors on a good plan automatically in General Ideas</title>
    <link>https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/General-Ideas/Put-seniors-on-a-good-plan-automatically/idi-p/38449</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;After spending a weekend sorting out my parent's gas bill I - which was very&amp;nbsp; high at $530, I noted that the gas bill had a note on it stating that my parents could save more than $400 annually if they went on a value plan. I do not understand why it is not possible to put customers onto such a plan automatically - it is quite difficult for elderly people to keep on top of plans and new ways of engaging and having to navigate these systems.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; What stops AGL from making value paln pricing available as par for course i.e. by default to their senior customers?&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
