When you receive "AGL Telecommunications bill" currently it doesn't list the plan speed under "Service summary" , it only lists the plan name. It would be easier for customers to understand the NBN equivalent plan they are on, if this section listed the NBN speed e.g. nbn 250/25 instead of or inaddition to "Home Superfast"
