I have been getting these new-look Billing Summary every week I don't understand them

Every week I get a new-look Billing Summary and don't understand them so I just hit the dele button.

Can I get a bill that I can take to the Post Office and pay it there?

Those emails are notifications about discussions on this community. You can ignore or delete them. Your AGL electricity bill will have the subject line "AGL electricity bill"

I hope this clears up any confusion.
