Did you have a fix on this issue? Facing same issue but no response from anyone and couldn't find this topic troubleshooting anywhere.

nope still no football. And no one from AGL responds to me

We won't be able to assist with this here, but Log in to your My Account page and click Message Us. An agent should be able to help get your footy on the way. There's a virtual assistant in the messaging tooll o answer common questions, but you'll be able to speak to a person for this one.
