Missing Refund Cheque

Our account shows a refund cheque of $117.31 processed on 1/2/2021. It still has not been received (16/2). Even allowing for the Aust Post 2021 service standard, this seems a very long time to wait. Does anyone have a similar experience.?How long does a refund cheque take to be processed. AGL now has our bank details to enable DC in future as clearly refund cheques are not an acceptable method of refund.

A cheque refund can take up to 14 business days to arrive. Today, marks the 14th business day, so I would recommend to contact us, and we'll take a look into this further.
