Hi all,

I had to open an account with AGL to be billed for the hot water usage in the flat I am renting.

I am looking for the terms and conditions specifically associated with this type of contract (The people I spoke to on the phone refused to provide them to me, instead I only had a two paragraph reading). Does anyone know where I can find them?
