Needing to email my gas reading

Hello! I have a problem with my gas reading and as it states it is an estimate and I feel it is an over charge.

I have been told too email the company a photo of my gas reading and the emails I have been provided are being rejected through email is there another email account I can send it through?

If this email address isn't working for you, I encourage you to log into your AGL My Account here and following the prompts to enter your own meter reading. Once you've done this, your bill will be adjusted automatically for any overcharges.
