&lt;P&gt;Sometimes our system may take a couple of business days to update your account after a payment is made, especially if the payment was made via bank transfer or BPAY. This can result in a reminder message being sent even though your payment is on its way to us.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please rest assured that once the payment clears, the reminder will no longer appear on your account.&lt;/P&gt;
