Hey @kemnob,

If you need more time to pay your bill you can request a payment extension in My Account, the AGL app.

My Account

In the My Account 'Overview' tab, find the bill you'd like more time to pay
Select 'Payment assistance'
Select 'Extend my due date'
Choose the number of extra days you need and select 'Confirm'.

The AGL app

In the AGL app 'Billing' tab, select your bill
Select 'Payment assistance'
Select 'Set up' next to Payment Extension
Choose the number of extra days you need and select ‘Confirm’.

If you're having trouble, send us a message in My Account or the AGL app. Have your account number and recent bill handy.
