Third party calling about rates

I keep getting calls from a third party about discussing my rates, stating that they can get me a reduction in my AGL rates but that it can only be processed by their group?

Has anyone else taken these calls? I'm looking to confirm if these calls are legitimate?

They are probably trying to scam switch you, can't see this being AGL.

Your best bet is to only look at comparison plans via the AGL compare plan links, OR https://www.energymadeeasy.gov.au/
