I have not received the first quarterly instalment of the Federal Energy Bill Relief payment via my AGL account.

I have been eligible before and nothing has changed. When can I expect the first credit to me AGL account?

Please be advised that we have processed the first instalment of credits for Government Energy Bill Relief rebate to all our electricity customers, which will appear on your next bill. 1 October 2024 - I can't see the Energy Rebate anywhere. Do we have to ask for it?

Hi VicUser, If you have an active electricity account, you will receive up to $300 credit on your electricity bill over the 2024–25 financial year (1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025). This is broken down into $75 credit every quarter. Please check the credits section on your electricity bill for further clarification. Cheers, Deepesh

AGL rang me a few days ago and were to send the application form via email for energy relief. This has not arrived.
